DeviceInfo Popup

The Deviceinfo Popup is available from Maps after clicking on a device. In the side panel click on the box labeled Device Details and Graphs. The Popup is also available in the Device Info and Alarms and Warnings dialogs by selecting the Info icon,

At the top of the Popup is additional information about the device as well the Parent devices' IP Address, Port Number, and Port Description; any Location or Description data that is stored in IntraVUE‎There are 2 Graphs for this device:.

• Ping Responses for this device,
• Bandwidth Utilization for this device (transmit is blue, receive is red),
• and a matched set of graphs

There are 3 matched charts showing when the device had Ping Failures, Disconnections, and NHM Incidents. These 3 charts are for this device only, taken from the charts that show all devices. See the following for more details - Ping Failures by Minute, Disconnections by Minute Chart, and IntraVUE Incidents By Minute Chart respectively.
